The property was spotless, featured modern design; I loved it. The staff was approaching, friendly service. Unbeatable location, short walk to cticc, the Conference Centre, but the area itself was not so great.

Top-notch service, very responsive staff, breakfast was very good, bed was lovely. I got free upgrade and loved it. Brilliant location to Grand Parade Square. It was a decent experience in a nice hotel🙂
